The three-year degree course in Animal Production Science and Technology (Class L-38) is open access. The aim of the course is to train people with knowledge of livestock breeding and the production thereof. A graduate in Science and Technology of Animal Production is configured as a free-lance professional able to operate in all areas of animal production, such as the technical, hygienic and economic management of livestock, agro-zootechnical and agro-food enterprises.
